Hi Holly - 
The place is just perfect!! You really found us something we are thrilled
with! I just wanted to thank you for all your work on our behalf. And let you know how thrilled we both are about the place. I know that sometimes we canbe hard to read (or so I have been told) - so I'd wanted be sure that you knew we are really very happy about the place. The house is just perfect in size and is as cute as a button. I love that it is set into some trees - but still open and light. And it is part of a nice little neighborhood with an easy walk to beach. And the price being so much less than other places we looked at it a bonus. So what more could we ask for??
